Got this for airsoft, was a little nervous given the price, but dang, this is high quality. This is probably legit stuff that you could take to Ukraine, and likely survive longer than you would.

This is a great hat, and would recommend to all, I'm sure I'll by another one
I wore it for a few hours with my pvs 14 and it was comfortable the whole time. Much easier on the neck than a kevlar. Make sure to counterweight it with something in the battery pouch even if you don’t have an external pack, it makes it much more comfortable and stable. After using both I’d recommend this over a bump helmet for single or lightweight dual tubes, it’s significantly lighter and much easier to pack than a bulky helmet.
