I am 23" head circumference, and a Large still fits nicely. I's also just damn comfy and stylish. The ATACS "liner" with the bug mesh is fun.
Most importantly, this is one of the only tactical nylon products I've ever had that didn't have a shit ton of loose threads and bad stitched I needed to take a lighter to. Very high quality stuff from Carcajou.
