Warranty Policy

Carcajou Tactical - Product Warranty

Coverage Period:

- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.

What's Covered:

- Parts: All parts of the product are covered for defects in materials and/or workmanship.
- Labor: The cost of labor for repairs performed by Carcajou Tactical is included.

Exclusions: (This warranty does not cover)

- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation.
- Any modification or repair attempted by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.

Repair or Replacement Process:

- If a defect arises during the warranty period, Carcajou Tactical will, at it's discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal functionality.

Freight Costs:

- The cost of shipping (freight) to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty is the responsibility of the customer or the retailer.
- The cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer is covered by the manufacturer.

Export/Import Costs:

- Export Costs: If the product needs to be sent across borders, any export duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the sender (customer or retailer).
- Import Costs: When the repaired or replaced product is shipped back to the customer, any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient (customer)
- Additional expenses, such as packaging materials or insurance for shipping, may also be the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the warranty policy.

Transferability:

- This warranty is transferable to one subsequent owner during the warranty period upon written notice to Carcajou Tactical.

Limitations of Liability:

- The maximum liability of Carcajou Tactical under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

Refund Policy:

- In the event that Carcajou Tactical is unable to repair or replace the product, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Carcajou Tactical.

Great c9 pouch, so much better and bigger than the issued caf c9 pouches. I love the velcro interior and molle on the sides so that you can molle pouches onto there. I also love the clipping metjod where the bottom clips into the top as i find it much easier. I will never buy another c9 pouches other than carcajou ever again.

Seriously well-made pouch

I was looking for a buttpack for a belt kit. US-style buttpacks stick out far too much for my liking. The 9x10"Sustainment Pouch stays close to the belt while still allowing me to carry a day's-worth of rations, rain jacket, and a small stove and mug. I really appreciate the smaller pockets around the exterior as they make organizing easy instead of having to have everything stored internally in ditty bags.Not one stitch was out of place, no stray threads, and the material has held up just fine. I'll probably get another for the other belt kit.

It's comfortable to wear, really comfortable even if one size fit all.

The 4-point chin strap flexibly distributes the weight and keeps it in place also on hiking.
Used with pvs 14 monocular for all the night, suggest to buy together also the battery pack pouch.
