Return Policy:
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item for a refund or exchange. If more than 15 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Proof of Purchase:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Restocking Fee:
Product returns including the original, sealed packaging can be returned subject to a 10% restocking fee. Product returns with opened or damaged original packaging can be returned subject to a 20% restocking fee
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@carcajoutactical.com.
Clearance Items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, clearance items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges:
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or for a different size if available. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at sales@carcajoutactical.com to initiate the exchange process.
