The pouch is a little tight at first, but after leaving the bottle in for a day it broke in, the bottle now slides in and out no problems

I've had great luck with all the Carcajou gear. This pouch works great with regular bottles of water and it only takes up one row of Molle. I ordered some of the 32oz pouches too.

Very simple design (not over engineered)

Very simple design (not over engineered), good retention and fairly easy reindexing. I have used a similar product made by LOF for years and always preach to people the 500ml nalgene is the way to go. Purchased this simply because the pattern options and I'm not disappointed.
