Built for long days in rough terrain, the Outdoor Research Men’s Rocky Mountain High Gaiter II provides durable protection against dirt, rocks, brush, mud, and changing weather conditions without the weight and complexity of a fully waterproof gaiter.

Constructed from rugged 420D nylon packcloth with a PU coating, the Rocky Mountain High Gaiter II offers excellent abrasion resistance and water resistance while remaining breathable enough for active use.

The high-cut design provides additional coverage around the lower leg, helping keep trail debris, vegetation, and moisture away from boots and clothing during hikes, field exercises, snowshoeing, and cross-country movement.

A durable Hypalon® instep strap secures the gaiter beneath the boot, while reinforced boot lace hooks help prevent the gaiter from riding up during movement. The full-length hook-and-loop front closure makes the gaiters easy to put on and remove while providing a secure, adjustable fit.
