Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for shopping with Carcajou Tactical. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review the policy below before initiating a return.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return for refund or exchange.

If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or final sale items

Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.


Restocking Fees

Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:

  • 10% restocking fee – Item returned in original, sealed packaging

  • 20% to 25% restocking fee – Item returned with opened or damaged original packaging

Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirmation.

  • We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.


Rejected Returns

If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria:

  • The return will be refused.

  • You will receive an invoice for the shipping costs required to return the item to you.

  • The invoice must be paid within 7 days of issuance.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary).

  3. Contact your bank.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Defective items

  • Items damaged upon receipt

  • Size exchanges (subject to availability)

Taxes, Duties & Tariffs

Carcajou Tactical is not responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by governmental authorities or shipping carriers. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.


Return Shipping

To initiate a return:

  1. Email sales@carcajoutactical.com

  2. Obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number

  3. Clearly include the RMA number with your return shipment

Returns without an RMA may be refused.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
