Shipping Insurance Policy
To provide clarity and transparency, Carcajou Tactical offers optional shipping insurance on eligible orders.
Shipping Insurance Option
Customers may choose to decline shipping insurance at checkout.
If shipping insurance is declined, the buyer assumes full responsibility for all risks associated with the shipment, including but not limited to:

Seller Responsibility
If the buyer opts out of shipping insurance:

Carcajou Tactical is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

No replacement, refund, or compensation will be issued for uninsured shipments.

The risk transfers to the buyer once the order has been shipped and accepted by the carrier.
Recommendation
While insurance is optional, we strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance to protect your order against unforeseen circumstances during transit.
Claims & Disputes
If an issue arises and shipping insurance was declined:
