Claims and Disputes:

Should an issue arise where an item is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit and the buyer has opted out of shipping insurance, the seller will not be obligated to provide a replacement, refund, or compensation for the lost, damaged, or stolen item.

Acknowledgment:

By opting out of shipping insurance, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the associated risks and releases the seller from any liability related to the shipment, effective immediately upon choosing to decline shipping insurance at the time of purchase.

Taxes/Duties:

Carcajou Tactical is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by any governmental authority or shipping company in connection with the purchase and sale of products. Such taxes, duties, or charges shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

This policy is designed to protect both buyers and sellers by clearly outlining responsibilities when shipping insurance is declined.

This Bundle Contains:

1x NVG Skull Harness: An ultra-lightweight head-mounted platform specifically designed for night vision equipment. Built for tactical operations, this harness offers a perfect balance of comfort, stability, and adaptability, making it ideal for users who need night vision support without the bulk of a helmet.

1x Battery Pack Pouch: This pouch securely accommodates the PVS-31 battery pack while providing access to the power port at the bottom. Its elastic design allows for stretching, enabling you to add a counterweight to the pouch. You can use both options independently or fit them together simultaneously. The shock cord retention system helps secure the pouch to any shape of counterweight or other items you choose to add, ensuring a snug and stable fit.

1x Bravo Six Boonie Hat: This Harness cover is designed with multiple pass-throughs for seamless integration with our NVG Skull harness, along with eyelet holes for securely attaching an NVG shroud. The oversized fit ensures compatibility with various head harnesses.
