30-Day Return Policy:

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item for a refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

Gift cards are non-returnable.

Proof of Purchase:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Restocking Fee:

There is a 10% restocking fee on returns when you request a refund to your original payment method. There is no restocking fee if you choose to receive store credit.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Refunds Rejection and Shipping Costs:

If your refund request is rejected due to the item not meeting our return criteria, you will receive an invoice for the shipping costs incurred to return the item to you. This invoice must be settled within 7 days of issuance.

Late or Missing Refunds:

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@carcajoutactical.com.

Sale Items:

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges:

We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or for a different size if available. If you need to exchange your item, please send us an email at sales@carcajoutactical.com to initiate the exchange process. 

Taxes/Duties:

Carcajou Tactical is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or other charges imposed by any governmental authority or shipping company in connection with the purchase and sale of products. Such taxes, duties, or charges shall be the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Please note, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
