Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return for refund or exchange.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused
The item must be in the same condition as received
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase is required
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.

Clearance or final sale items
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
Restocking Fees
Approved returns are subject to the following restocking fees:
10% restocking fee – Item returned in original, sealed packaging
20% to 25% restocking fee – Item returned with opened or damaged original packaging
Restocking fees are deducted from the refund amount.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will receive an email confirmation.
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of business days.
Rejected Returns
If your return does not meet our eligibility criteria:
The return will be refused.
You will receive an invoice for the shipping costs required to return the item to you.
The invoice must be paid within 7 days of issuance.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
Check your bank account.
Contact your credit card provider (processing times vary).

Excellente tuque. J'ai une petite tête (un très petit crâne quoi...) et la majorité des tuque flotte sur ma tête. Cette tuque est grande pour moi mais je suis en mesure de la porter.
