Warranty Policy
Carcajou Tactical - Product Warranty
Coverage Period:
- This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.
What's Covered:
- Parts: All parts of the product are covered for defects in materials and/or workmanship.
- Labor: The cost of labor for repairs performed by Carcajou Tactical is included.
Exclusions: (This warranty does not cover)
- Damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper installation.
- Any modification or repair attempted by unauthorized personnel.
- Normal wear and tear.
Repair or Replacement Process:
- If a defect arises during the warranty period, Carcajou Tactical will, at it's discretion, repair the product or replace it with a new or refurbished product of equal functionality.
Freight Costs:
- The cost of shipping (freight) to the manufacturer for repair or replacement under warranty is the responsibility of the customer or the retailer.
- The cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the customer is covered by the manufacturer.
Export/Import Costs:
- Export Costs: If the product needs to be sent across borders, any export duties, taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the sender (customer or retailer).
- Import Costs: When the repaired or replaced product is shipped back to the customer, any import duties, taxes, or fees incurred at the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient (customer)
- Additional expenses, such as packaging materials or insurance for shipping, may also be the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in the warranty policy.
Transferability:
- This warranty is transferable to one subsequent owner during the warranty period upon written notice to Carcajou Tactical.
Limitations of Liability:
- The maximum liability of Carcajou Tactical under this warranty shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.
Refund Policy:
- In the event that Carcajou Tactical is unable to repair or replace the product, a refund may be issued at the discretion of Carcajou Tactical.
