Built for high-output activity across a wide range of conditions, the Outdoor Research Men’s Echo Quarter Zip is an ultralight, highly breathable performance layer designed to provide excellent moisture management with minimal weight.

Constructed from 100% recycled polyester, the Echo Quarter Zip rapidly moves moisture away from the skin and dries quickly during demanding activity. Outdoor Research’s AirVent™ technology enhances airflow through the fabric, helping regulate body temperature during warm-weather movement or strenuous activity.

Integrated ActiveFresh™ odor-control technology helps reduce odor buildup during extended wear, making the Echo particularly useful for field exercises, training, multi-day trips, and backcountry travel.

A 10-inch / 25 cm center front zipper allows quick ventilation when activity levels increase, giving the Quarter Zip greater temperature-control versatility than a traditional long-sleeve base layer.

The lightweight fabric provides UPF 15 protection in lighter colours and UPF 20 in darker colours, adding useful protection during extended exposure to the sun.

Raglan sleeves and movement-mirroring stretch provide unrestricted mobility, while integrated thumb holes help keep the sleeves securely positioned when layering beneath jackets, shells, or other equipment. Flat-seam construction minimizes bulk and improves next-to-skin comfort during extended wear.

At approximately 4.4 oz / 125 g, the Echo Quarter Zip delivers excellent breathability, moisture management, and layering versatility with almost no weight penalty.
