Order Status

Orders are processed quickly. Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help. Order changes or cancelations are impossible once your order has been shipped.

Yes. If your item goes on sale within 3 days of purchase, we can issue a store credit for the difference. The item must be identical.

Price adjustments do not apply to clearance items, limited promotions, or free gift offers.

Shipping

Yes. International shipping times vary depending on location and customs.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (2–5 during sales or holidays). Shipping time is usually 3–7 business days within Canada and 4–14 business days internationally.

We use all major carriers. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

No, you will not be charged tariffs on orders within the United States. We only ship USMCA-compliant products to the US. If any tariffs are mistakenly applied, you will need to dispute the charge directly with the courier.

Yes. Any duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.

We do not offer custom products or modifications at this time, except for large quantity orders. If you have a bulk request, contact us with the details.
