Secure Power Management for NVG Battery Pack
The Battery Pack Pouch is designed to securely carry external battery packs, cables, and essential power accessories for night vision systems. Built for durability and streamlined integration, it mounts securely to helmets or head harness platforms while maintaining a low-profile footprint.
This pouch securely accommodates the PVS-31 battery pack while providing access to the power port at the bottom. Its elastic design allows for stretching, enabling you to add a counterweight to the pouch. You can use both options independently or fit them together simultaneously. The shock cord retention system helps secure the pouch to any shape of counterweight or other items you choose to add, ensuring a snug and stable fit.
Engineered for field operations, the pouch helps organize and protect critical power systems while allowing quick access and efficient cable management during movement and extended missions.

This battery pack pouch comes with two different attachment methods: a T-attachment for easy installation on our NVG Skull Harness and a shock cord kit for securing it to most helmets on the market.

I've used two other types of these pouches. This is my favorite. Most versatile. Can be used with a helmet or the Bravo six hat. This one is also more light weight. As with everything these guys make, top notch materials and construction.
I purchased this battery pack pouch as part of the entire Bravo Six Boonie bundle and I absolutely love it. It threads through the Boonie nicely and attaches to the skull harness easily. One thing I wish it had were some small elastic loops for holding counterweights.

I use this on the head harness configuration as a counterweight pouch with a custom counter weight with a PVS14. The counterweight is absolutely necessary with a head harness.
Build quality is solid just like the previous Carcajou gear I've purchased. No issues there. Materials are high quality and I feel I get my money's worth. Ive dabbled in sewing gear and you can tell theres passion in the craftsmanship with these guys.
The way it attaches to the head harness leaves something to be desired. The way some of the straps layer gave me some pressure points after about an hour, specifically on the top of my head under the center buckle.
Secondly, im not sure if its meant to be wrapped around the adjustable nape strap on the harness, but if I dont attach it (for a total of 4 points of contact), then the pouch wants to slide up on my head if I bend over and look down. Less than I deal. None the less I made it work.
For what the kit is meant for, im happy with my purchase. If im gonna be under nods for a long time or I need protection, I'm running my helmet. If im gonna be under nods for a short time or I need a smaller package for travel or whatnot, i'll gladly bring the harness(with counterweight pouch).
Comparing against my another harness that, I like the layout of this one much more. I especially like the integration with the boonie hat and how secure it feels around my head and under the chin. Overall fit and finish is excellent. It was easy to set up and feels very secure. I'm very happy with my purchase.

I got this alongside the skull harness as it seemed like a good idea to counter balance the weight of the night vision given that the harness itself doesn't weigh much. It took a few minutes to attach to the harness but it's easy to adjust and get sitting in the right place, and the video on their website is really useful for seeing how to do it properly. It makes clever use of velcro and strap placement to sit securely on the harness without adding unnecessary bulk, and has velcro on the outside for adding a patch on the back if you want. It also comes with a shock cord so that you can tighten it up to stop the weights or battery pack moving around. Definitely a good addition to the skull harness in my opinion, and has the same solid build quality.

Quality product. Takes patience to set up. This set up is perfect for casual navigation or operating a vehicle. Using the hat provides a lo pro in the suburbs and has provided me headroom clearance while operating a vehicle. Parts and material are quality.
I don’t find it ideal for dynamic movements as the battery pack will wobble under rapid movement.
The set up video could be more detailed, with more pauses or simple explanations at critical points. I found I had to pause the set up video and rewind many times to follow along.

Very nice quality, the location it's designed for on the harness is the perfect spot to work in tandem with the Bravo 6 boonie.
I just have a pvs7 so I don't have a battery pack but I put extra batteries in it fur a counter weight and it's perfect.
Once installed, works awesome and now to find a battery pack/counter weight.
Quality build, spacious, and well put together.
