Engineered for environments where protection cannot be compromised, the Outdoor Research Ironsight II FR Glove combines flame-resistant materials, exceptional durability, and precise tactile control for demanding military and tactical applications.
The back of the hand and cuff are constructed from a 10 oz FR Nomex® knit blend incorporating Nomex®, Kevlar®, and carbon fiber to provide inherent flame resistance, strength, and heat stability while maintaining the flexibility required for weapons and equipment handling.
A durable goat-leather palm provides excellent grip, abrasion resistance, and tactile feel. High-wear areas are further reinforced with split-suede palm overlays and Kevlar® stitching, creating a glove designed to withstand repeated use in demanding operational environments.
Integrated padding across the knuckles and back of the hand adds an additional level of protection without creating excessive bulk. A secure hook-and-loop cuff closure keeps the glove firmly in place, while the robust pull-on loop makes donning quick and easy.
Touchscreen-compatible construction allows operators to use smartphones, GPS units, tablets, and other electronic equipment without removing their gloves.
