Built for high-output activity in warm conditions, the Outdoor Research Men’s Echo Hoodie is an ultralight and highly breathable performance layer designed to keep you cool, dry, and comfortable during extended periods of movement.

Constructed from lightweight 100% recycled polyester, the Echo Hoodie provides excellent moisture management while drying quickly when wet. Outdoor Research’s AirVent™ technology promotes airflow through the fabric, making it particularly effective during strenuous activity, hot-weather training, hiking, patrol, and other demanding outdoor use.

Integrated ActiveFresh™ odor-control technology helps reduce odor buildup during extended wear, making the Echo particularly useful for multi-day trips, field exercises, and situations where changing layers frequently may not be practical.

The lightweight fabric also provides UPF 15 protection in lighter colours and UPF 20 in darker colours, adding useful sun protection during prolonged exposure.

A low-profile three-panel hood provides additional coverage from the sun without adding significant bulk, while raglan sleeves and movement-mirroring stretch allow unrestricted mobility. Integrated thumb holes help keep the sleeves in place when layering underneath jackets, plate carriers, or other equipment.

Flat-seam construction minimizes bulk and reduces potential irritation when worn directly against the skin, making the Echo Hoodie equally effective as a standalone warm-weather shirt or as a breathable base layer in a multi-layer clothing system.
