The Outdoor Research Men’s Foray 3L Pant combines durable waterproof performance, excellent mobility, and packable convenience in a versatile technical shell.

Constructed with AscentShell™ Dry 3-layer technology, the Foray provides waterproof, windproof, and breathable protection while allowing moisture and excess heat to escape during active use.

The 40D 100% recycled nylon shell incorporates mechanical stretch for improved freedom of movement, while articulated knees and a gusseted crotch allow the pants to move naturally during hiking, field work, climbing, and other demanding activities.

A factory-applied Nikwax Direct.Dry DWR treatment helps repel water from the exterior fabric, while fully seam-taped construction and YKK® AquaGuard® zippers provide additional protection in wet environments.

¾-length side zippers make the pants easy to put on and remove over boots without completely removing footwear. This feature also provides additional ventilation when activity levels increase.

When conditions improve, the entire pant packs into its own back pocket, creating a compact package that can be stored in a pack or attached using the integrated carabiner loop.

An elastic waistband with an adjustable drawcord provides a secure fit, while integrated attachment points make the Foray compatible with suspenders for additional support during extended use or when carrying equipment.
