I prefer the byte over the sync even though the latter is 100 lumens brighter it has the potential for to ND the white light whereas the byte has one button and will also start red ( unless you press and hold)

Super comfortable, seems well made. I recommend it as a mid layer, probably not strong enough for an outer layer.

Great quality overall! lLight weight, yet solidly built and sits well on my shoulders. Only gripe is the chest strap is a tad on the long side, but I typically cinch chest straps down pretty far, so that may just be a me problem.
